Straight away our monitoring centre will receive the trigger and then followed by a phone call to your nominated contact to check if this was a false alarm. If we are not able to make contact with you or a secondary contact number then we will follow the agreed procedures to safe guard your property.

We have different ways of being able to protect your family, while they are sleeping you can turn on your alarm system which can include door sensors and window sensors so you will be alerted if someones tries to enter your home.
We aim to have your security system installed within 1-2 weeks of acceptance, if your installation is a matter of urgency please request then when accepting the quote. We will make every effort to install it earlier. Once our technician arrives at your home most installations can be completed within a day.

Yes, we can install CCTV cameras in most homes. These cameras will record any activity on your hard drive located within your home, we can help you setup multiple activation so any unwanted activity on your premises is stored and saved for future reference. We can also help you setup your smartphone app which will allow you to view any activity live!
